SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT:

The Project, by encouraging forest conservation, contributes to the environmental preservation of rivers, lakes and aquifers, ensuring the maintenance of these resources. This is in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and with environmental, social and governance (ESG) safeguards and criteria. Additionality is a criterion established by Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol, to which projects developed through the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) are subject.

Mission:

Our purpose is to seek a balance between nature and society, promoting income generation for Brazilians, riverside communities and indigenous peoples. In addition, we work to transfer knowledge about the sustainable use of the forest and its ecosystems. We contribute to improving climate change on the planet and preserving the biodiversity of the largest forest in the world: the Amazon.
